Earth Yoga

In these troubled times, I see our consciousness evolving towards creating a humbler existence. As the economic world crumbles around us, there is an even greater urgency to simplify one' s life, to be innovative, to use our imagination.

Therefore, we build our own homes, reforest the land, plant orchards, grow our own food, make pots, paint, sculpt, make love, help each other and live in harmony with the environment.

Our yoga is the Yoga of the Earth.
